When do we respond to your requests?

The controller always responds to requests free of charge without delay, and in any case within (1) one month of receiving a request. However, if a request is complex or there is a large number of requests, he will inform you within the month if he needs to receive an extension of another (2) two months within which he will respond.

If requests of a given person are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their recurring nature, the controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or performing the requested action, or refuse to satisfy a request by providing a justified answer.
